Fall of 2009

Homecoming Week at Middleburg High School.
On Blast from the Past Day, Rayghen went dressed as a 70's girl and Mary went as a 50's girl. Bill wasn't too happy about Rayghen's costume but it was cheap. Thanks Aunt Peggy for making the vest. The following week, the girls went dressed in their Halloween costumes as Wendy and TinkerBell from the Disney movie (are there any others) Peter Pan. It was cute. When they got to school, a little boy in Mary's class was Peter Pan.

There are many miscellaneous pictures in this post. The majority of the pictures are from Bay's birthday party, that's Mary's best friend from daycare. We celebrated Bay's 5th birthday at Conner's A-Maizing Acres in Hilliard, Florida. We highly recommend it. It takes about 1 1/2 hours to get there from Green Cove but it was well worth it. For a nominal fee, kids can take a hay ride, run through a corn maize, play on play tractors, play in a pool of corn, participate in a duck race using a hand water pump, and other homemade play activities. The funniest was the homemade slide that was created using pvc pipe. It was a bumpy ride but funny to watch the kids go down. They liked hearing their voices vibrate as they went down. Awesome Birthday Party Ebersberger family!!!

August 2009 Disney Trip

Look out Disney World, here we come in Poppie's Bus (a.k.a. R.V.). We traveled down to Fort Wilderness the weekend before school started. The girls had a blast especially because Fort Wilderness now has a circular slide that goes into the big pool and they have a small kiddie area with two small slides and lots of fountains, buckets of water dumping, showers of water, and Mickey Mouse shaped ice cream. We only spent one day at the Magic Kingdom because there were scattered showers the entire weekend but that didn't spoil our fun. Since we bought 3 day passes, that just meant that we would have to go back to Disney later to use our other two days. Rayghen was always scared of the characters however, I found out that she is mesmerized with the princesses. You can even see Rayghen pointing to Belle on her shoes. She was telling Belle that she was on her shoes. It was adorable. Just take a look at the pictures. Mary only wanted to see Sleeping Beauty, that's why there's only one picture of her with the Aurora. CLICK on the picture in this post (Mary, Rayghen, Emmitt) for more images of this Disney trip.
